Simon Patience (Director/Senior Mortgage and Protection Adviser)
Simon has been in the Financial Services Industry since 2007 coming from a Managerial background in retail. Coming from retail Simon recognises the importance of customer service and tries to go that extra mile for his clients meeting with them either in the office or in the comfort of their own home.
Heather Mitchell (Mortgage and Protection Adviser)
Heather has worked in financial services since 1990, initially with Legal and General then moving to the Broker market from there, Working within a major estate agent Heather has been closely involved with helping Customers new and old achieve their dream home and keep it protected. Heather joined CCFS early 2014 where she continues to help clients both new and old make sure they get the right advice and deal.
Heather works within the Kirkcaldy and Fife areas.
Elaine Brown (Mortgage and Protection Adviser)
Elaine has been in the Banking and Finance Industry for over 20 years, working for different banks, building societies and finance companies. She always likes to get to know her customers and strives to provide the best possible service for them. She says “I feel like they are not just a customer but I make a new friend with each of them. I love the feeling of seeing them through the journey, from looking for a home to moving into that home and I get great satisfaction of knowing I helped and guided them along that path”
Elaine is married and loves looking after her rescue dog from Cyprus.
Her hobbies are looking after her dog and growing her own vegetables,” there is nothing better than picking and eating your own produce”
Dan MacDonald (Mortgage & Protection Adviser)
Hi, I’m Dan — a mortgage and protection adviser with a passion for helping people make confident decisions about their homes and finances. My background spans housing development and property investment, giving me a rounded view of how great homes and sound investments are built.
