John has been in the financial services industry for 30 years helping clients and their families achieve their goals. He worked for the first 18 years for Prudential Assurance (The Man from the PRU), and has been involved in all types of mortgages both residential and commercial along with the relevant protection advice. John is Married with 3 children and lives in Midlothian, his main sporting interest is sailing.

John says “we are happy to provide the very best of service to our clients at a time and place that suits them, we have very strong connections with a National estate agency along with other more local connections and always strive to do the very best job we can for the clients, not only at the initial meeting but throughout there ongoing financial needs”.

Simon has been in the Financial Services Industry since 2007 coming from a Managerial background in retail. Coming from retail Simon recognises the importance of customer service and tries to go that extra mile for his clients meeting with them either in the office or in the comfort of their own home.

Heather has worked in financial services since 1990, initially with Legal and General then moving to the Broker market from there, Working within a major estate agent Heather has been closely involved with helping Customers new and old achieve their dream home and keep it protected. Heather joined CCFS early 2014 where she continues to help clients both new and old make sure they get the right advice and deal.

Heather works within the Kirkcaldy and Fife areas.

Elaine has been in the Banking and Finance Industry for over 20 years, working for different banks, building societies and finance companies. She always likes to get to know her customers and strives to provide the best possible service for them. She says “I feel like they are not just a customer but I make a new friend with each of them. I love the feeling of seeing them through the journey, from looking for a home to moving into that home and I get great satisfaction of knowing I helped and guided them along that path”

Elaine is married and loves looking after her rescue dog from Cyprus.

Her hobbies are looking after her dog and growing her own vegetables,” there is nothing better than picking and eating your own produce”

Based in Caithness, Diane is our most northerly adviser. She prides herself on giving “no-nonsense” advice and ensures that she gets her clients the best mortgage possible for their needs, always willing to go that extra step. Diane says, “she loves the diversity of her role and being a Mortgage Advisor doesn’t feel like a job at all. There is nothing she enjoys better than the buzz she gets from picking up the phone to let her clients know she has their mortgage offer secured.”

Diane is very family orientated and loves spending her spare-time getting into mischief with her wee granddaughter (aka Captain Chaos)!

With 30 year’s experience in Financial Services, john is in the position to provide the advice, support and guidance homebuyers require along with those looking for a better deal or needing to raise that bit extra capital for a project. John is a family man so he is aware that time is precious, so makes himself available for evening and weekend appointments should they be required. John lives in Inverness, however, covering the whole of the Highlands, as well as further afield is not an issue.

Scott has worked in finance for almost 20 years between employed roles at HSBC and Countrywide Mortgage Services through to his self employed role today. Scott States “Being a bit simple himself, he is known for keeping things simple and understandable for clients. Away from work, Scott says he is a failed footballer who now lives his footballing life through his son, who uses him as a glorified taxi”
