John has been in the financial services industry for 30 years helping clients and their families achieve their goals. He worked for the first 18 years for Prudential Assurance (The Man from the PRU), and has been involved in all types of mortgages both residential and commercial along with the relevant protection advice. John is Married with 3 children and lives in Midlothian, his main sporting interest is sailing.

Simon has been in the Financial Services Industry since 2007 coming from a Managerial background in retail. Coming from retail Simon recognises the importance of customer service and tries to go that extra mile for his clients meeting with them either in the office or in the comfort of their own home.

Neil started in financial services in the year 2000 with his own company, this later merged with CCFS bringing a wealth of Knowledge and loyal clients. This also allowed CCFS to cover the Aberdeenshire area. Neil is a family man and realises the strains this puts on people both in terms of time and wanting to get the best for them. Neil is happy to do home visits at a time that suits the client, he says" he is a good listener and great problem solver"

Stan lives in Oldmeldrum 20 miles north of Aberdeen and is a family man with 2 daughters. He has been a keen golfer since he was about 14. He worked for the Clydesdale Bank from the time he left school until around 7 years ago. It was there that he gained the qualifications for being a mortgage adviser. When the chance of early retirement came he was happy to make the move to independent and get away from the 9 to 5, Monday to Friday routine. Stan states "My priority has always been to give the client a good service and I can be contacted at any time for an appointment or just a chat for advice or to answer a query.

Simone has worked within financial services since 2002 and as a mortgage adviser for the last 5 years. Her experience comes from both banking and brokerage services. Having started in customer services she feels "that this provides the basis for my business and I am focused on providing a personal service to my clients". She is based in West Lothian but is happy to travel to provide a face to face service to her clients assisting them with mortgages, protection and general insurance.

David started in financial services in 2002 and has been with major banks and independent broking firms before joining CCFS.
David is a family man with 1 daughter, he enjoys curling and family camping holidays.
David lives in West Lothian but works mainly in the Dunfermline / Fife area. He says " distance to the client is not an issue, getting the job done right to the clients benefit is the main aim"

Heather has worked in financial services since 1990, initially with Legal and General then moving to the Broker market from there, Working within a major estate agent Heather has been closely involved with helping Customers new and old achieve their dream home and keep it protected. Heather joined CCFS early 2014 where she continues to help clients both new and old make sure they get the right advice and deal.
Heather works within the Kirkcaldy and Fife areas.
Elaine has been in the Banking and Finance Industry for over 20 years, working for different banks, building societies and finance companies. She always likes to get to know her customers and strives to provide the best possible service for them. She says "I feel like they are not just a customer but I make a new friend with each of them. I love the feeling of seeing them through the journey, from looking for a home to moving into that home and I get great satisfaction of knowing I helped and guided them along that path"
Elaine is married and loves looking after her rescue dog from Cyprus.
Her hobbies are looking after her dog and growing her own vegetables," there is nothing better than picking and eating your own produce"
Fiona has spent her whole career, spanning 30 years, within the Financial Services Sector. Her experience includes working for Global Banks, a UK Building Society, Mortgage Brokerage and a major protection insurance Provider. Joining us early 2019 she utilises this experience, by providing expert mortgage and protection advice to all her clients and offers excioptionally high level of customer care both throughout the mortgage process and after sales service.
Fiona offers a bespoke service to her clients at a place and time convienient to them and her main priority is to provide a stress free, financial advice journey by placing her clients as top priority.
Fiona lives in the central Belt of Scotland where she is perfectly placed to visit clients all over Scotland.
Outside of work Fiona enjoys, spending quality family time with her partner and son, along with participating in Yoga. Having recently purchased a mountain bike at the insistence of her son, she is regaining her fitness levels and has even completed the blue run at Beecraigs Mountain Bike course.
